We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Michelle Byrnes Office Manager / Financial Coordinator Michelle has been with Fort Lee Orthodontics since July 2007. Michelle is our office manager and financial coordinator. She is available to address any and all concerns, including financial and insurance. Michelle is a great asset to our office. Heidi Cassano Treatment Coordinator / Marketing Heidi has been with Fort Lee Orthodontics since April of 2003. Heidi is a treatment coordinator. Her job is to make sure that our patients have an exceptional experience in our office and she also functions as a liaison with the dental offices we work with.
Wendy Herzon Scheduling Coordinator / Marketing Wendy has been with Fort Lee Orthodontics since March 2001. You can find Wendy meeting, greeting and taking care of business at the front desk in the Westwood office. Wendy is also responsible for all those great wooden nickel prizes in both offices. If you have a request for a special prize, she is the person to talk to.
Kim Martinez Scheduling Coordinator Kim is one of our smiling faces at the front desk in Fort Lee. She is a wonderful asset to our staff since joining us in October 2007. She will help with your scheduling needs and remind you to enter our current contest!
Cassandra Malloy, C.D.A., R.D.A. Clinical Assistant You will find Cassandra in our treatment room. Cassandra joined our practice in June 1994. She is a certified and registered dental assistant. Cassandra is also our Invisalign liaison. She will be happy to help with any of your questions.
Lisa Smith, R.D.H. Dental Hygienist and Clinical Assistant Lisa is our dental hygienist and she gets the best job! Its Lisa's job is to take off the braces at the end of treatment. She loves to be the one who unveils those perfect smiles and has been with our office since December 2000.
Abby Lacap-Mayahag, C.D.A., R.D.A. Clinical Assistant Abby is one of our clinical assistants; she is a certified and registered dental assistant and she also works with Invisalign. When she is not in our treatment room, you can find her in the park with her son, Nick. She joined Fort Lee Orthodontics in October of 2000.
Jin Pan Clinical Assistant Jin has been with our office since September of 2004. She has since graduated from dental radiology school, and has her dental radiology license. She is in currently in charge of our lab appliances. Look for Jin in either of our treatment rooms.
Lina Londono Clinical Assistant Lina is one of our amazing treatment room assistants. A mother of two, she joined our staff in September 2007 and can also be found in either office.
Maureen Hulass Clinical Assistant Maureen worked in our office 18 years ago, and took time off to raise her four terrific kids. Maureen is happy to return as a part time assistant in either Fort Lee or Westwood.
Janice Parisi Front Desk Welcome Janice Parisi to our front desk in both our Fort Lee and Westwood offices! She has two teenagers and spends her free time on the football field watching her son or volunteering with her daughter's cheerleading squad. So you know you will be greeted with a friendly "hello" on our turf!
